All fields on this screen are importable. Manual changes will be overridden by an import if that field is part of an import.

  1. First Name - enter first name

  2. Middle Name - enter middle name

  3. Last Name - enter last name

  4. Suffix - enter suffix
    Preferred Name (not pictured) - enter preferred name, if any

  5. Student Identifier - notice the student identifier. Note: Take caution if updating this field. If the SIS is not updated to match, a duplicate record will be created.

  6. State Identifier - enter the state identifier

  7. Email - enter the student's email address

  8. Cell Phone - enter the student's cell phone number

  9. Home Phone - notice the student's home phone number. Note: This is managed by the head of household home phone number field.

  10. Student Tags - select student tags

  11. Do Not Call - check to prevent voice or SMS notifications via reports regarding this student

  12. Do Not Email - check to prevent email notifications via reports regarding this student

  13. SSN - enter social security number

  14. Date of Birth - select the date of birth

  15. Gender - select the gender (Female, Male, Non-binary)

  16. Ethnicity - select the ethnicity

  17. Race - select the race

  18. Allergies - select allergies

  19. Dietary Restrictions - select dietary restrictions

  20. Religious Restrictions - select religious restrictions

  21. Refused Benefits - check to end a student's eligibility at the request of the guardian. Add a note when prompted and click Save.

  22. Active - toggle active status. Note: Deactivating is not the same thing as unenrolling. The only time a student should be deactivated is to remove a duplicate student record.

  23. Close - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

  24. Save - click to save changes
