Students > Student Management > General
All fields on this screen are importable. Manual changes will be overridden by an import if that field is part of an import.

First Name - enter first name

Middle Name - enter middle name

Last Name - enter last name

Suffix - enter suffix
Preferred Name (not pictured) - enter preferred name, if any -
Student Identifier - notice the student identifier. Note: Take caution if updating this field. If the SIS is not updated to match, a duplicate record will be created.

State Identifier - enter the state identifier

Email - enter the student's email address

Cell Phone - enter the student's cell phone number

Home Phone - notice the student's home phone number. Note: This is managed by the head of household home phone number field.

Student Tags - select student tags

Do Not Call - check to prevent voice or SMS notifications via reports regarding this student

Do Not Email - check to prevent email notifications via reports regarding this student

SSN - enter social security number

Date of Birth - select the date of birth

Gender - select the gender (Female, Male, Non-binary)

Ethnicity - select the ethnicity

Race - select the race

Allergies - select allergies

Dietary Restrictions - select dietary restrictions

Religious Restrictions - select religious restrictions

Refused Benefits - check to end a student's eligibility at the request of the guardian. Add a note when prompted and click Save.

Active - toggle active status. Note: Deactivating is not the same thing as unenrolling. The only time a student should be deactivated is to remove a duplicate student record.

Close - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

Save - click to save changes
